Can't get right.

Some people just refuse to do right.  Some people are just mean and nasty on a daily basis.  Some people just won't keep their word.  Some people are so determined to mind other people's business, it seems like they do it for a living.  Some people just can't help cheating.  Some people just can't forgive.  Some people can never make things right with you because they can't face themselves in the mirror first; ownership of their wrongs would kill them. 
 
I could go on, but for every one I come up with, each of you could add at least one.  But the point here is there will always be someone doing something wrong, and sometimes you'll be the recipient of that.  It can and will affect you on occasion, but the choice is yours whether you absorb it and make it a part of you, or rebuke it and let it remain with its originator.  If it wasn't yours to begin with, why allow it in your personal, mental, emotional space?  Leave it right there and continue on with who and how you are.

Don't be afraid to dream a big dream and put it together too.  Years ago in Mary Kay, my Director told us "If your dream doesn't scare you to death, it's not big enough!"  I've learned to use that theory when setting goals for myself, and it helps me to avoid that complacency monster that threatens to steal my good energy and ideas.  I refuse to settle when I don't have to, but I choose to be still at times because the time isn't right for a specific pursuit.  Then, when I've prayed on it and I'm sure the time is right, I just go.  I was put here for a purpose; I must fulfill that purpose, and it has nothing to do with doing nothing. 
 
Another quote comes to mind when I feel I'm in over my head--from Marianne Williamson:  "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
